How the six- and twelve-session program works
Discover: begin with an intake focused on the changes you want to make, current circumstances, and why those outcomes matter. Design: select one outcome, two practical actions and simple measures you can understand. Practice: build repeatable between-session exercises tailored to your priorities. Review: examine what happened without treating every setback as failure. Reassess: repeat the baseline at least every ninety days for ongoing participants and revise the next action plan.
What the intake covers
Goals and priorities, desired outcomes, current obstacles, readiness to practice, habits, accountability preferences and a nonclinical eight-dimension wellness reflection. Only ask for information needed to plan coaching; diagnoses, medication details, and trauma narratives are not required. A professional service may decline or refer a request beyond the scope of coaching.
The three personal pathways
- Life Reset & Reinvention: goals, confidence, habits, purpose and transitions.
- Mindset & Emotional Resilience: awareness of repetitive thoughts, emotional regulation and planned responses.
- Relationships, Boundaries & Purpose: communication, attachment reflection, values-aligned decisions and healthy boundaries.
The three executive pathways
- Leadership Presence & Emotional Intelligence: listening, feedback, conflict and influence.
- Executive Reset & Sustainable Performance: workload choices, routines, resilience and clear priorities.
- Strategic Reinvention & Career Transition: role transitions, leadership development and a ninety-day operating plan.
Accountability and progress reporting
With participant consent, coaching can track a personally selected behavior (for example, number of weekly planning sessions completed), perceived progress on a 0–10 goal-confidence scale, and reflections on the eight wellness dimensions. This is a coaching dashboard, not a clinical assessment or mental health monitoring service. App-based tracking is part of the planned ElevateMe platform, not currently operational on this site.
Pricing and enrollment
Structured six- and twelve-session packages are available by inquiry. For a simple one- or two-session personal life coaching option, explore the $150 introductory personal coaching session. Personal coaching is distinct from executive coaching.
Coaching is an educational and goal-focused professional service. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or a replacement for qualified medical or mental health treatment. Coaching can complement work with a licensed clinician when roles and confidentiality are clear.
