Privacy & Contact Information
How inquiry and resource-request information is handled.
Information you submit
When you submit a speaker, coaching or resource request, our Wix Forms provider collects the information you enter, such as name, work email, organization and the nature of your inquiry. We use this information to respond to your request, discuss training or services, or provide requested resources. Do not include sensitive health records, diagnoses, or emergencies in these forms.
Assessments
Self-reflection tools on this website are educational and are not clinical diagnoses. Check the individual assessment page before sharing any responses. We do not ask visitors to submit clinical screening answers with general marketing forms.
Third-party tools
The site includes audio hosted with Wix and a video embedded through YouTube. External services such as Wix, YouTube, Amazon and social networks may process information under their own policies when you interact with them.
Marketing preferences
Requesting a resource or a service proposal does not itself require agreement to unrelated marketing emails. Any optional promotional subscription should be handled separately with clear consent and unsubscribe controls.
Questions and requests
For questions about personal information submitted through the website, write to christian@christianfrazier.com. This page should be reviewed whenever collection, analytics, email automation or payment practices change.
Private inquiry submissions
Our speaking, coaching and resource request forms use Wix Forms collections with CMS-editor-only read permissions. They are not displayed on public member pages or stored in the site's Locations, Badges or public member profile collections. Only authorized site administrators should have form-management access.
The public inquiry forms are not intended for protected health information (PHI). Do not include diagnoses, treatment histories, medications, medical records or information about another person's health in any inquiry.
Privacy, hosting security and HIPAA compliance are distinct. Wix provides PHI protection and a Business Associate Agreement through supported site configurations. A public HIPAA compliance claim will only be added once applicable protection, agreements, access controls and workflows have been verified.
