Your next level requires more than another motivational quote
Executive coaching is a structured development partnership for leaders facing pressure, change, complex decisions and accountability. It can help you reflect on behaviors, clarify objectives, rehearse high-stakes conversations, and build systems for sustainable follow-through. It does not replace clinical mental health care, legal advice, or business management responsibilities.
Experience translated into practical frameworks
My approach draws on executive marketing, enterprise technology and government sales experience, real estate entrepreneurship, military service, Six Sigma and operational best practices, and mental health education. The perspective is human behavior plus business execution: what you decide, how you communicate, and how well your habits support those decisions.
Three executive coaching programs
Leadership Presence & Emotional Intelligence: difficult conversations, conflict management, trust and executive communication. Executive Reset & Sustainable Performance: focus, boundaries, work-life decisions and rebuilding energy around realistic priorities. Strategic Reinvention & Career Transition: leadership identity, goals, change management, networking and decision discipline.
Six or twelve sessions, not one-time advice
The six-session foundation identifies your leadership goal, maps one or two behaviors, rehearses decisions and finishes with an action plan. The twelve-session program provides additional accountability, practice and a three-month review. Program scope and pricing depend on your objectives, whether coaching is individual or organizational, and the level of support requested.
Define your outcome in observable terms
Examples include conducting four difficult conversations using a new communication framework, establishing weekly priority routines, implementing a stakeholder feedback practice, or preparing and testing a ninety-day transition plan. We use a starting baseline, short review points and a ninety-day reassessment, rather than making unsupported promises about productivity or revenue.
When therapy is also part of your life
A clinically supported leader can work with a coach on goals and implementation, subject to appropriate boundaries. The coach reinforces habits and practical decisions; the treating licensed professional remains responsible for mental health treatment. No employer receives private clinical information from coaching sessions.
