Welcome to my guided mindfulness meditation session. Today, we will on reducing anxiety, depression, and trouble sleeping. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath.'s begin by bringing awareness to our breath and body. With each inhale, imagine a sense of calmness and with each exhale, release any tension or stress. Allow yourself to be present in this moment and let go of any worries or thoughts. Remember, it's okay to take time for yourself and prioritize your mental health.
